Avoca, Luzerne County- Some big changes are coming to the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport.
    Delta Airlines announced that it will resume its large-jet service at the airport for the first time in nearly 17 years.    The Delta Flight will leave Avoca and head to Atlanta at 6:30 a-m and will return after 11 each night.
